Miss Amy 10/28/?? Fire Safety Month Pleasant Run will be celebrating Fire Safety Month
,by having the Spfld Fire Dept come to our center and demonstrate fire
safety. The children will have a chance to view a fire truck and real
fire fighter gear. The fire fighters will be here on Monday, Oct 8th
@ 9:30. Pumpkin Painting Bisch Funeral Home will be dropping off pumpkins at
Pleasant Run the week of October 22nd, for our children to
paint. At the end of the week, they will be picked up and then
displayed at local nursing homes. We are very excited about the
opportunity to show off our artists work! Halloween Party Don’t miss our Halloween Party on Wed. Oct 31st at 3:00pm. If the weather cooperates, we will have a parade outside along our sidewalk, so that the children can show off their costumes. All parents, and grandparents are welcome to see our ghosts and goblins! Please dress your children in their regular clothes for the day and we can change them into their costumes after their nap! We can’t wait to see you here!! Sweet Pea News Congratulations to Amelia S and Christian J. for
accomplishing the skill of pulling up! Liam C. is scooting all around the room!! Way to go
Liam! Amelia S. has her 1st tooth!!! The infant room would like to thank Paige W and
Charlie L. for donation of toys to the classroom!! Toddler News Congratulations to Chase R. for accomplishing the
skill of walking!! We are so proud of you Chase!! Potty News Congratulations to Madison B. for accomplishing the
art of going potty on the potty!! Keep up the good work Madison! Foxy Four’s News The children in the foxy fours are participating in a
program called “A Hundred Books” for scholastic books. The classroom
must read 100 books, once they reach that goal, Scholastic will donate
100 books to a school “in need”. After they are done reading a 100
books, they will celebrate with a pizza party!! Keep up the good work!
